Graphic Designer (Print + Web + WBT + Ad design)
Job Description:
- Creating web concepts, templates, layouts, logos, web ads, brochures, invitations, marketing collaterals
- Creating concepts and graphical outputs for marketing promotions, events, Symposiums, Exhibition ( setup, Fliers, banners,posters, kiosks)
- Responsible for all design aspects from concept to creation
- Developing different styles of design and layouts based on client requirements
- Coordinating with clients to understand their requirements and deliver accordingly
- Develop graphics, animations, designs for the WBT's (Web Based Trainings) and CBT's (Computer Based Trainings)
- Visualizing, developing illustrations, storyboard, and 2D & graphics for Ad films
- Learning and implementing new technologies for Creating Innovative Designs in Promotions
- Researching new material and methods of branding and setup
- To evaluate and understand execution parameter of design created
- To create web sites with search engine optimization
Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with 2.5 to 6 years experience in web/graphic design from concept to completion
- Worked under similar profile mentioned in job description
- Have Advanced technical capabilities with Microsoft office, Photoshop, Coral Draw, Illustrator, 3D Studio Max, macro media, flash, animation and Dream Weaver
- Excellent English and communication skills and be happy to deal with U.S. clients directly
- Incredibly creative to not look for existing templates but create new ones
- Self motivated to work without supervision
- Have an obsessive eye for detail be prepared to work under pressure
- Most importantly, an ability to work independently on multiple projects
Desired/Optional Skills:
- Products and Services Marketing Experience a plus
- Experience with Education Industry is a plus
Education:
- Posses a degree in Fine Arts and/or Graphic design
- Degree, course or diploma in marketing is a plus.
