IT Shore was established in 2005. Our offices are located in Natick, Massachusetts, U.S., and Hyderabad, India, enabling us to provide access to diverse global sourcing consultants. We hire employees and contractors who perform exceptionally well on our knowledge and skill-based test, and we also do behavioral screening using the DISC method to evaluate employees' working styles. Each employee undergoes intensive screening to join IT Shore, so we can ensure that we offer top-notch talent to our customers. We also do comprehensive employee background checks, plus an additional 2-3 months on initial training before assigning them on a customer work to ensure they get the best of the best.
